Resource Help Desk
The TCP Resource Help Desk provides administrative and documentation assistance related to nonprofit Health IT programs.
Providers and organizations may use this help desk to update federal EHR incentive grant files, verify certification status, request entitled documentation, or respond to outreach from the Federal EHR Incentive Grant Recipient Outreach Program.
The help desk also supports inquiries related to Data Sharing Agreements (DSA), Data Exchange Framework (DXF) participation, nonprofit program enrollment, vendor or partnership questions, and requests to speak with a program administrator.
