Our Mission

Mission Statement

Protect taxpayer funds, support provider compliance, and safeguard patient data—by helping providers navigate documentation, submissions, and administrative readiness.

Technology Compliance Partners (TCP) is an independent resource program that assists providers with documentation and submissions. Only CalHHS/HCAI can make official determinations regarding DXF participation or compliance.

Our Vision

We envision a future where providers can consistently meet program requirements through clear, standards-based guidance and reliable administrative processes.

Through our work, we aim to reduce avoidable delays, prevent rework, and improve accountability through better documentation and submission readiness.

Core Values

Integrity

We operate with transparency, accuracy, and ethical practices in all that we do.

Impact

We measure success by improved readiness, fewer submission issues, and clearer outcomes.

Community

We believe in collaboration across providers, vendors, and public partners.

Our Approach

We take a practical approach to compliance readiness, grounded in:

  • Plain-language guidance and standardized checklists
  • Documentation packaging and signatory readiness support
  • Vendor coordination and reference resources
  • Clear routing and escalation to official sources when determinations are required
